Brisket got its due at a food discussion at Temple Judea Museum.
Is there still room for brisket on the table?”
This was the topic up for discussion with guest speaker Lila Corwin Berman at a recent event at the Temple Judea Museum of Reform Congregation Keneseth Israel.
The talk was part of an ongoing series of Jewish-related food events in conjunction with the museum's exhibit “Dear Carl, By (sic) Carrots, Love Mollie: When Jewish Food was the Family Business,” guest-curated by Diane Pieri. The museum's curator is Rita Rosen Poley.
